Do you sell directly to customers?
Luxe Decor does not sell directly to the public. Luxe Decor products are available through select retail partners.
Where can I buy Luxe Decor products?
You can find our products at retailers such as Homesense, Winners, Marshalls, and other home décor stores across Canada and the U.S.
Can I purchase a specific item I saw in a store?
We don’t have access to store-level inventory. Please contact the retailer directly to check availability in your area.
I bought one item and want to find more, where can I get them?
We often produce limited quantities for retail stores, and availability can vary by location.
If you found a piece at Homesense, Marshalls, or Winners, we recommend checking other branches in your area or contacting their customer service.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to individual store inventory, so they’re the best source for stock updates.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you purchased through a store, please reach out to the store directly for an exchange or refund. Each retailer has its own return policy.
Can you tell me when an item will be back in stock?
Since we don’t manage retail inventory, we’re unable to provide restock dates. Please check with the store where you found the item.
Do you restock the same styles regularly?
Many of our designs are produced in limited runs. While some bestsellers may return, most styles are seasonal. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing it when you find it.
Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?
Yes, if you are a retailer or designer interested in carrying our products, please get in touch with us through our contact form.
Can I see your full product catalog?
Our collection rotates seasonally and is available through our retail partners. If you’re a buyer or designer, we can share our current line sheet upon request.
