In addition to project execution, Brandon plays a key role in implementation and system building across the organization. He supports the development of internal processes, workflows, reporting tools, and operating structures that improve visibility, strengthen communication, and help teams work more efficiently as the business continues to grow.

Daniel is the Logistics Coordinator at Luxe Decor, managing the movement of goods from origin to destination with precision and speed. From CBMs and containers to load dates and distribution centers, Daniel speaks the language of logistics fluently.
He handles every incoming purchase order with care—coordinating shipments across North America, Central America, and overseas to ensure timely delivery.
Known for his reliability and sharp attention to detail, Daniel keeps our supply chain running smoothly and on schedule, making him an essential part of the Luxe operations team.

Ali is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, machinery design, and production system development. He has led the design and commissioning of mechanical equipment, developed mold and tooling systems, and optimized large-scale manufacturing operations from feasibility through implementation.
His expertise includes tooling and mold engineering, mechanical system analysis, production workflow optimization, equipment performance evaluation, and engineering project management. At Luxe Decor, Ali provides mechanical engineering oversight for global manufacturing operations from Toronto, supporting tooling development, production system evaluation, and technical coordination with overseas factory teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with North American standards.
